Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchange Requests can be raised only after 48hrs of delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 Days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations 

In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed by us or Our Team, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back as refund into your bank Account.

If we have already shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal life-cycle process.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are misprinting or damaged or defective items sent to you.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

* Incorrect Address: If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged Rs. 100 for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
